Refund policy

KLR sells prepaid credits (1 credit = $0.01). Credits pay for services on the site — video rendering from game replays and file storage above the free tier. Prices are shown in credits before you confirm any paid action.

Credits you bought but have not spent are refundable within 14 days of purchase, in line with EU consumer law. Email us from the address on your account and we will return the payment for the unused balance to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Credits already spent on a delivered service (a finished render, storage you used) are not refundable. If a render fails on our side or you cancel it while it is still queued, the credits are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
